Regulations made by the Minister in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 82A of the Public Health Act, Chapter 40 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2011, and all other powers thereunto him enabling. The Amendments principally introduce the scheme for requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID 19 test to enter the offices of the Government and statutory bodies.
